    A whole red wine caramelized pear, surrounded by arugula lettuce, fresh mixed berries, a blue cheese caramelized walnut and dry fruit crumble, and topped with turmeric, honey, and a mixed berry vinaigrette.

    Chopped tuna with a mix of red onion, mango, avocado and cucumbers in a tropical passion fruit dressing.

    • SALMON CARPACCIO: $19

    Finely sliced salmon and ponzu sauce, served with an Asian style salad. Something light and refreshing!
